Solana Active Addresses Double to Over 5 Million in January

Solana’s network activity has seen a significant increase in January 2026, with active addresses more than doubling to over 5 million, according to Nansen’s monitoring data. The daily transaction volume on the network also experienced a substantial rise, climbing from 52 million to 87 million transactions.

Additionally, transaction fees on the Solana network surpassed $1.1 million, reflecting the heightened activity. This surge in network usage highlights Solana’s growing adoption and performance in the early part of the year.
