SEC Exempts WisdomTree’s Tokenized Fund for $1 Trading

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has issued an exemption to WisdomTree’s Treasury Money Market Digital Fund, allowing investors to continuously buy and sell fund shares at a fixed price of $1 throughout the day via dealers, without being restricted by the day’s closing net asset value. This fund issues tokenized shares on a blockchain, and the exemption also facilitates faster settlement of these tokenized shares.
