Bitdeer Expands Convertible Notes Offering to $325M

Bitcoin mining firm Bitdeer has announced an increase in its convertible senior notes offering to $325 million. The Nasdaq-listed company also plans to provide initial purchasers with an option to acquire an additional $50 million in principal amount of the notes within 13 days of the initial offering date. This move aims to bolster Bitdeer’s financial flexibility and support its growth initiatives.
