FTX Creditors to Receive $9.6 Billion by March 31

FTX creditors are set to receive the next round of funding distribution on March 31, with total claims amounting to approximately $9.6 billion, according to Sunil, a representative of the creditors. The claims include around $780 million for claims under $50,000, $7.8 billion for claims over $50,000, and $1 billion in non-customer claims.

Sunil highlighted that the dispute reserve has decreased by $2.2 billion. If the remaining $2 billion is distributed, claims over $50,000 could see an additional $1.7 billion in payouts. The pace of future distributions will depend on the resolution of disputes and asset realization, as FTX continues its debt recovery efforts.
