Senator Boozman Unveils New Crypto Market Structure Bill

Senator John Boozman, chair of the U.S. Senate Agriculture Committee, has released the latest text of a crypto market structure bill. The proposed legislation, based on previous bipartisan discussions, aims to grant the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) new regulatory powers over digital commodities. Although Boozman has not reached an agreement with Democrats, he anticipates advancing the bill in a review meeting scheduled for next Tuesday at 3 PM Eastern Time.
